PEACE OF MIND: Periodic inspection, lubricating, adjusting and cleaning of your heating and cooling system keeps it running trouble free and at peak efficiency. Potential problems are spotted before they can cause trouble.
LABOR FOR THE LIFE OF THE POLICY: There is no charge for any labor to repair the unit or replace parts. Brush cleanings are covered by the labor portion (chemical cleanings are additional)
